Ataraxia -Saphir

This CD is a beautiful concept CD inspired by the magical, symbolic and mystic nature of
gardens – just to put that in their own words.
Francesca Nicoli is again at her best in this CD allowing us to enjoy her very distinguishing vocal
capacities. It is very difficult trying to analyse each and every track of this CD, especially
because it feels like one whole thing, and not 10 different songs.
The music is (as ever) dreamy and beautiful, and one is conducted to long to fuse with the
grass of large gardens feeling every single shoot. One is overwhelmed with the soul of nature –
or so it seems.
This is the perfect time for this CD to be released, it is perfect for this time of year somehow. All
the melancholy is there, yet captivated in sceneries so angelic one knows not what else to do but
luxuriate in it.
Doubtless to say, this is a gift to those who yearn for a tenebrous yet graceful creation.
